Global Voice Connect Solution eSIM Terms and Conditions
eSIM Services
An eSIM by Global Voice Connect Solution (GVCS) is provided, which may already be installed in the device you are using. Tampering with, altering, or damaging the eSIM in any way is prohibited. If the eSIM is damaged, not attributable to the fault of GVCS, charges will apply for any necessary replacement or repair.
For replacement eSIM requests, contact customer service at [email protected] or directly at +1.754.229.4002. A replacement fee of $25 plus any applicable sales tax and postage will be charged in advance.
Security Measures
To prevent unauthorized use, your eSIM will become blocked after three (3) incorrect PIN attempts. A PUK code will be required to unblock it, which is provided by GVCS. If your eSIM is permanently blocked after thirteen (13) incorrect PIN attempts, you will need to purchase a new eSIM, with the replacement charge being $39.99 plus any applicable taxes and postage.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
GVCS may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except for changes to charges under the service, which will be communicated via the GVCS website with at least two (2) weeks' notice.
Assignment
These rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions are non-transferable without written permission from GVCS.

Limitations of Service
Emergency calls via mobile devices are not guaranteed and should not replace traditional fixed network emergency calls.
You are responsible for using the eSIM and related services in a lawful and appropriate manner, in accordance with GVCS's instructions and any applicable laws.
Service Suspension or Termination
GVCS may interrupt or terminate the eSIM service due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, network modifications, or if your actions jeopardize the operation or quality of the network.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your eSIM service within seven (7) working days of receipt, provided you notify GVCS in writing and return any physical components if applicable.
Termination for Non-Use
If the eSIM is not used for three (3) months and not registered on our website, the service will terminate automatically, and any credit will be forfeited.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for used airtime, misdialed calls, or data usage. Unused devices and eSIMs may be returned within thirty (30) days subject to a restocking fee and in their original condition.
Service Continuity
Services will continue for three (3) months after the last usage, provided there is sufficient airtime unless terminated according to these Terms and Conditions.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Israel, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.
Limitation of Liability
GVCS's liability is limited to providing services with reasonable care and skill and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
Force Majeure
GVCS is not liable for breaches of contract due to events beyond its reasonable control.
Regulatory Compliance
GVCS reserves the right to reclaim eSIMs that have not been used for twelve (12) consecutive months, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Fair Usage Policy
GVCS monitors eSIM usage and reserves the right to charge for excessive use of free incoming calls or to suspend service if abuse is detected.
